How to Place an Order

Placing an order is fast and easy. You can either order directly online or contact our support team (help@paperpress.ca) to help facilitate your order. 

 

ORDERING DIRECTLY

1) Contact our support team at help@paperpress.ca with your order details and/or contact information and a member of our team will get back to you asap with pricing and shipping costs. 

2) All files can be submitted via email.  Our support team will review all files and/or produce digital proofs for your approval if any changes need to be made before sending to print. 

3) If you're happy with the price and wish to proceed our team will send an invoice via email that can be paid by credit card or using your PayPal account.

 

OR

ORDERING ONLINE

1) Click on the product you would like to order

2) Select quantity, size and any other dropdown options listed for your product 

3) Click "Choose File" button and upload the pdf file you would like printed. 

4) Once your file has been uploaded click on the "Add to cart" button to continue. 

* For file specs and size guidelines by product please click on the "download" button 

5) Click on the icon to check out. You will be able to see final costs including shipping before payment. If you would just like estimates and don't wish to go through this process please contact help@paperpress.ca 

* Helpful hint - Depending on your order size you may be able to get an additional discount. Contact help@paperpress.ca to see if you qualify. Be sure to specify the product, quantity, size and colour options (one side or double-sided) you'd like to order + your postal code. 

6) Before submitting you can view your file by clicking on the file name highlighted in red or delete the order by clicking "Remove."

* If you have more than 1 file please email all artwork including order details to help@paperpress.ca

** Not sure if your artwork meets our guidelines? No worries! All artwork submitted is reviewed by our support team before we send to print. If there are any issues you will be contacted directly. We can also make simple revisions on our end and send you a digital proof for your approval before printing. 

7) Click "Check out" and fill in your Contact Info and Shipping Address. You will be able to view the final price including shipping before entering your payment info. 

8) If you're happy with the cost, simply continue and include payment details. If you have a promotional code enter t in the box and click "Apply."
